Wicked TwzteD! Beauty result. Great simplicity.
As you always ask... weight?? And how about mph with your 60 Race?

I always ask about weight because if I'm buying something I want it lighter than my boat haha, it weighed in at 443lbs bare hull, not sure total, first run was 52mph at 5300 rpm I have 1000 rpm to gain and a bunch or props to try, engine was low as I wanted to make sure I had water pressure and had to break engine in..it needs to come up a bit.Last edited by TwzteD; 04-05-2020 at 09:56 PM.

Hi, Ran across your post it brought a lot of memories. Dennis and I are friends always. We met probably 79-80 at a lake north of Tulsa. At the time he had a Merc Twister on it and I had a Hydro Stream Vector with a 200 Evinrude. Pretty much a dead heat. Later on we met again and he had the 200 Merc and I had a 2.4 Merc. We raced together loosely as a team. The thing was scary quick but the water had better be flat and no wind. I only beat him once in Tulsa in a bracket when I jumped him on the line and was propped to max at the top of the bracket. He smoked me at the finish but went over so I won the only time. He was a great driver and friend with cajones like basketballs. Later he ran an Allison with one of my powerheads built by Dick O'Dea. Would love to talk with him again if I could find him.

Can someone help me to identify my boat hull.
It is 11'6" long, fiberglass, seats 2. one if the previous owners had obliterated the hull numbers doing the transom repair. it now needs new transom, stringers, floor etc. I am posting some pics of it in hopes that someone can identify its manufacturer for me.
Thanks

One would think, I don't know how to go about that. I would imagine contacting the Florida dmv?
