Removing Waterspots??
What's the best stuff for removing waterspots after a long day at the lake? I've seen some stuff called Ducky Waterspot Remover. Does that stuff work? I've also heard that vinigar and water will take off most water spots. What do you think?

I USUALLY WASH MY BOAT AFTER A DAYS USE AND THEN GLAZE IT WITH A PRODUCT CALLED "ULTRA CARE TREATMENT ZX-2002"NOT SURE IF THIS IS AVAILABLE TO CONSUMERS OR NOT.I MANAGE A BODY SHOP AND WE GET IT FROM OUR LOCAL JOBBER.I HAVE HEARD THAT THE DUCKY PRODUCT WORKS FAIRLY WELL BUT ANY HIGH END GLAZE SHOULD SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

On my black Mercs...where you can see all kinds of spots I have used Mcguires cleaner wax and it worked great...also very cheap at Walmart.

"Lime-A-Way" or "The Works" are great cleaners for this. Spray on the side of your boat and wipe with a damp cloth. Spray it on your motor leg and watch it fizzle for a second as it dissolves the calcuim buildup. It's an acid cleaner, so be careful where you spray it, and rinse with plenty of water. Use it before rubbing and waxing.
