Fuel System
ARE there any PRO-MAX guy's out there who are running a low psi electric fuel pump (holley blue) after the gas tank instead of the vacume operated pump that runs off the motor ? I am curious on how you plumbed them and other specifics. Thanks

Fuel System
RSM, I am running a Barry Grant EFI pump in the boat with a 39PSI, 260 regulator on the engine. I removed all the vapor seperator stuff. It works for me.

SO You took off your stock pump and are just running the Berry Grant? I want to leave everything the way it is I just want to replace the diaphrame pump at the motor and use a small electric to supply the system mounted in the boat. So I will have 2 pumps one for supply and the one on the motor for the psi needed. I don't want to trust the dia. pump as a good supply source? The holley pump can be had through summitt racing fairly cheap and they only draw 2-3 amps of juice? What would be a reason not to do this?

Pump
RSM, I eliminated all the stuff for the fuel system. The pump and the filters are in the boat. It is very clean under the cowl.

I ran a Holley Red Pump in front of the stocker, SVS, porting , the whole works. Motor would turn to 9250. Talk to Phillip Bond from Crown Marine. The man is a genious with that setup.
