first big storm of the season
Well I dont know what your weather is like but it started spittin snow about 3:00 this afternoon and we are supposed to see 24" by tomorrow afternoon. Have about 4 1/2" on the ground from it now. Its a North Easter on us and temps have not got over 25* all week. Has been -5* in the overnight. Thanks for snowmobiles or I would be sick waitin for the warm weather to play again. But seein how I got two screamin Polaris' I'll be alright. How's your weather ?

Northeastcat,
It is snowin like crazy here in Hudson New Hampshire!! Lookin at a good 8 - 9 inches on ground already. Was out earlier in new Ford Escape 4x4 and it handled beautifully in the snow.
I think Miami is in trouble tommorrow as snow predicted for Patriots/Miami game. Big advantage to the Pats!!!!!!!!
Have fun snowmobiling!!

snow snow snow
Trikki & Madman , we got at least what was predicted and possibly more. Wind has been blowin steady and my volvo is missing in the driveway, the only indication of where it is is a bigger pile then anywhere else. My road hasnt even been plowed yet. I just moved and am on my girlfriends PC or I would send some pics. Its still snowin and not supposed to stop till tonight. My youngest boy woke up talkin snowmobiles so it looks like its time to annoy the neighbors.

Rick,
I cant even find the trails more less pack em down, wow , snow drifts as high as 8' , its down right risky tryin to ride outside the yard for now. I have snowblowed the driveway 2 times today and its 11:00 pm now and looks like it finnaly stopped snowing.
All in all this will make for the start of a great season for snow riding. Now if I could only figure out how to plumb up the 2.4 into the Polaris... that'd make the 100 + hp triple feel like a slug now wouldnt it.OneBigAssMistakeAmerica

Not a speck of snow here, around 32 all day and sun. Hmmm. I get new tires tomorrow though, 'cause I know better.

Definitely got the need for speed. I got a 2.5 carbed that just might cut the mustard...lol Better find some solid ground to fire it up, otherwise its just like one of those ole gravedigger tractors with the metal wheels...lol
Sun out today, so todays slow going will be tomorrow nights slot-car track :-)

New tires on truck...
Boats drained/stored...
Check vehicle coolants...
Check furnace operation...
Summer stuff put away/drained...
Get out winter clothes...
Snowblower ready to rock...
Etc.... ect..... etc......
Hey, that didn't work & I had to erase it. I pulled a check mark out of the character map and it came out like this: ?ãLast edited by sho305; 12-08-2003 at 04:07 PM.

now there sayin 40° thurs. and rain... it will suck to see it rain but after it freezes... wow the trails will be awsome. As for cars it sucks driving around town , cant see around any corner to turn onto any streets, friggin snow banks are 5' average now. Sun was out today though and it actually hit 38°, gotta love the seasons here in Maine,
