LAKE RACER RULES
Pete, If your motor iz stock, 280 efi, you can run 1550#,s...You will have to conform to Super Stock rules to do this...SS rules say NO Balancing or bluprinting...also no rod or crank mods...the small gearcase will be illegal useing the ss rules...I don't know what the Super gas rules are for APBA, I can't find my rulebook, but that would be 1700#...Having a 280 with internal mods and a small gearcase would throw you in the Pro Gas bunch and the weight iz 1900#'s...forget the gearcase and U can run 1800# in Mod Prod rules...Sorry , but them rods gunna cost ya 250#'s and them rods and the small gearcase will cost ya 350#s...git rid of them rods and stick to tha Sportmaster and fly light...hope this helps...T-REX
