Anytime you suspect a fuel delivery problem you put it on a 3 or 6 gallon remote tank to take the boat out of the equation.

I’m running double Walmart oil and it isn’t smoking as much as it should even at cold startup. It acts lean all the time. Could TPS be bad or off? Any place to get a cheap test harness?

Buckshot racing sells the test harness. I’m with above you need to verify the fuel system is up to snuff. Using a test tank is a quick way to do it

take the hot wire off the f pump, cap the wire. hook f pump to an ignition hot wire. pump will be on, when key is on, not controlled by the ecu. take it out for spin.& see if it still boggs, make sure your big engine filter[canistor] is full.
