Check out the 23' Tahiti Offshore. i was considering a similar boat earlier this year. I was looking to downsize my Playcraft Tritoon but a lot of these boats only run in the 50's and 60's unless you go to big power. Plus I really didn't want an IO. Eliminator make a Fun Deck that is pretty sharp. Advantage make a deckboat but I was told they porpoise a lot and not very fast.

not sure about the nordic cats, but the 22 Evolution B/R will run close to 80 with a 496! I'm impressed with the fit/finish of the hulls!
