1996 Johnson 225 Venom bottom starboard carb leaking badly out big top hole?

About a year ago my trailer axle gave out on the way home. Well, I finally blasted and redid the whole trailer new axles and everything else, so it has been a while sense I ran it. I only run ethanol free because I am tired of all the problems that come with the E gas. Anyway, when I started it up today gas was pouring out of the big hole at the top left of the bottom starboard carb. It might have been leaking out the little copper hole at the bottom center in the first picture, but it was hard to tell from the amount of gas coming from the top hole. is this just a stuck float or a bigger problem? Hopefully not a bigger problem because I just blew the budget on the trailer.

    Stuck float.

    pc of cake to fix.
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

Perfect, I ordered A Carb kit for it figured if I had to take it off, I would rebuild it. Thanks for the quick response.

I had one do that on one of the twins on my Convincor.

Appeared to be a tiny sliver of rubber off the inside of a fuel line, from a connection somewhere!

Could barely see it, wedged between needle and seat!

Was probably easier to see 20 years ago. Getting old has its disadvantages.
