Hate to be the one to tell you this but boating in the keys is nothing like being on a lake , 98% of that beautiful water you see in those ads is less than a foot deep. that is some cramped space to try and stretch out and get comphy in after a day in the sun. my advise wouild be get you a nice room and rent a couple kayaks , maby rent a couple bikes and soak it all in, plenty of little excursion boats to go for a ride on , hope this helps , Fun Out


I must add this , all the photos on that site were of the bay side , now given on the ocean side there i alot more deep water but you can run up on something quick if you let your guard down. check with as many people as you can and make up your own mind , good luck
