Less than 48 hours until landfall. All we can do is hope that wind speeds slow down and brace for the worst. Anyone on the west coast of Florida, this is a big deal. Are your counties calling for evacuation yet? Please everyone stay safe, follow the orders given by your local authorities.

I’m in the Keys so I’m good. Daughter lives about 35 miles west of Cocoa Beach and she evacuated this morning to SC just to be safe in case. Those on the west side, you should already have your preparations completed. Good luck.

Got a friend that's like a brother going to ride it out in Punta Gorda. Please pray for him & all the people in that area of Florida. Some just ain't into running & I get it. RR

Got stubborn family in Pinellas Park and North Port. Nobody is leaving. Hoping for the best.

I just spoke with a friend who works with NASA. They are going to take a direct hit at the space station as its on the offshore path and have been watching it from all angles. His words to me were "this going to be something we have never seen before". They witnessed wind speeds of up to 220 and sustained speeds of 175-its like a giant tornado. My prayers go out for all of those who will be affected-there will be many.

Defined eye gone.
