2.5 powerhead
I have a 2.5L motor with a blown lower unit. Motor ran great on my Laser LTV until the lower crapped out. Compression is 103 and 108 on the 2 cylinders I checked cold. Cowling is in excellent shape. Comes with a hydraulic steering cylinder, power trim pump, and controls. These 2.5's are getting hard to find. $3000.

Yes, complete motor. With a new lower you could be out on the water.

If you're asking for the serial number on the swivel bracket it's not original, as it says 280 hp. This is not a 280 hp motor. Originally Posted by KIRCHNER
