I had a set cut at a local plastic/lexan shop years ago. Used the old ones for a pattern. If you do this, be aware that although they are close the port and starboard sides are slightly different.
Good luck.Ken Eubanks

Yeah i already figured i was going to have to make them. Will order a 1/2 sheet of 3/16 lexan .The one that broke, that piece is gone in the river so now it's two pieces and just makes it harder to get a pattern from it.But i'll get it done.

I don’t mean to laugh at your expense but that was damn funny! As for the windshield if you want to make your own acrylic ( plexiglass) is easy to shape with a heat gun and some careful bending. Polycarbonate ( lexan ) is a lot more challenging. Lexan takes a lot more heat and it’s prone to moisture issues causing white bubbles when heated. I don’t think you would have. Much success making a windshield on your own out of lexan but acrylic? I’d say no biggie. Not as strong but 1/4” plexi is still pretty tough

Yeah we all thought it was funny after we watched the video.rj was right behind me saw the ducks fly straight up and back now with a splash 2-3 of em.Just ordered lexan it bends alot easier then plexi but may have to heat a little bit.Got smoked not clear so if it bubbles i would paint then but its a wind screen is all ya sure don't need to be able to look through it.That was just getting rolling slow cause a boat was in our way 70-75mph when the ducks appeaerd and after that 6 mi later i was doing 107 so id rather the bastards at 70 haha. We have had close calls with them before there always on the river.

Dave, unfortunately it happens a lot here in MN. Driver around and you will see 5 dead geese and a few dead ducks on the roads by ponds. Also golfers hit them all the time also on the course.

Just so you guys understand, there was NO exception for "accidentally" killing a migratory bird for 100 years. Now looking into it today, apparently Trump changed that but Biden vowed to change it back.
WASHINGTON—The Trump administration is removing criminal penalties for accidentally killing migratory birds, reversing longstanding federal policy in a move officials say will help landowners and businesses.
I deleted my earlier post, since you guys know it all.Trump!
