Action Marine Restoration

I had posted about a year ago about rebuilding my deceased step-sons Action. My daughter & I have moved her to my home & she now is in my shop.
I haves some questions:
1) She's missing a floor & my question is how is it secured to the boat? Pictures are worth a 1000 words & I have several of the interior.
2) Does the flooring extend under the fuel tank? I have the plastic, full beam tank which looks to be somewhere in the 18 gal. range.
3) Is 1/4" marine grade plywood sufficient for the build.

Never worked on an action. The floor should go from the transom to at least the seat base area normally. Yours looks to go fwd under the bow. 1/2'' ply should be used for normal lake boat use. The floor is attached to the stringer or stringers. It's glassed around the perimeter with some heavier glass for strength. (1708 bi axial) The rest of the floor can be covered in some matt glass. Maybe 2 layers of 1.5 oz matt would do it. Hard to tell if this is a patchwork or it came that way. Someone with Action marine knowledge would know. Maybe someone will chime in?
