Mercury flagship gauge retrofit
hi guys. looking to retro fit some brand new gauges I bought.
I am refurbishing a 1750 bullet here in Australia & fitting a 22 2.5 black max (rebuilt) and a 15 inch offshore mid.
anyway I want t0 retrofit my Mercury flag ship gauges. they are brand new but I want to change the theme to suit the rest of the boat. orange/red/yellow Mercury theme. I want to change the dial face to be like the commodore gauges.
has anyone pulled apart the flagship gauges?? I don't want to pull the bezel off & find out I have ruined the gauge or have to compromise it to get apart as they are brand new.
this is the gauge I have - Tacho/speedo water PSI. https://www.mercruiserparts.com/8952...-tach-0-8000-1
this is the dial face I want https://www.greatlakesskipper.com/me...e-60-mph-black
thanks for your input!!

...none of the mercury gauges are/were made to come apart without ruining them. have to buy other gauges that you like...
