Is there a way to add a little more friction to the adjustment knob on the steam wheel. Mine feels like it has very little resistance when turning it and worry about it getting moved accidently.

How about slipping an O ring on the knob shaft to increase drag?

I found the answer. Take off the knob and under the knob is a circular rubber sleeve. When reinstalling the knob, just push down on the knob and then tighten the set screw. This will add all the friction you want. Now it has some drag.
