LOTO Powerfest this weekend

The lotto powerfest is this weekend with several activities Thursday thru Sunday. Races are Saturday and we will be at a friends house where the race announcers will be staged. We are having a full pig roast buffet, group boat run, and dinner run after the races. If anyone is interested, (you are invited), contact me for details. There are several board members that will be in attendance and hanging out for the fun.

I gotta get down there - you guys probably put on more miles in a weekend than I do in a year. Sounds awesome - have fun.

It would be a fun ride down there on the motos Mike. Lots of fun roads/scenery in the area. You could easily get your boat transported down there, and do a surf n turf week.

Already planned - leaving the Wednesday night before Labor Day for a run down to Mount Magazine Lodge in Arkansas. On the way home, stopping at Branson / Table Rock Lake for a day of pontooning and then to LOTO for three days - again pontooning and a spin in a 36 DW

I think we're gone for almost two weeks.

The roads are great with all of the elevation changes and sharp turns. The bad is that there is NO runoff and a ton of deer. My son and I ride all of the time. We both have to give ourselves reality checks because if you go off in a turn, chances are that you will be dead.
