Dan Arena

Anybody remember Dan Arena? Was cleaning out an old desk and found this flyer.

He was a local legend in the Bay Area. Built Arenacraft Boats and this Surf~Drive. Think he was a little before Howard Arneson, another Bay Area local legend, but not sure

Met him in the early eighties. Remember being invited to his house in Lafayette having cocktails with him and his wife.

One of the Arenacraft boat molds ended up at the original Cougar boats in Salmon Arm, B.C. Think they called it the 21’ Skier, or something like that. It was around 1994 or so.
