just wondering what the agenda is for this event, and where everyone will be meeting, and/or congregating?

Agenda is coming soon but will likely consist of a run up the lake from Sicamous to the narrows in the late Saturday morning - guys can float and/or grab a bite at the floating bar up there. Then we have reservation at Moose Mulligans back in town where folks can have a drink/bite. For Sunday we are still working on a plan but so far we are looking at a bit of a boat show in front of JB marine that morning, and possibly another more informal run that afternoon. Hoping to have a final itinerary early June.
