Kissimmee River Help

We are putting in at Camp Mack tomorrow. I have never run the chain before. We are going to run down south of Kissimmee lake. How much past the second lock south of the lake is the river runable? From the satellite view it looks to be shallower when you hit all the switch backs and the river starts to turn back and forth. Thanks in advance.
