2008 Mercury Verado 150

I all, looking at a used 2008 23 foot pontoon boat that has a 2008 Mercury Verado 150hp outboard. I am curious if there is any negative or positive feedback on this engine that has 630 hours on it. Is there anything specific I should look out for? Should I be concerned about the hours? I thought it seemed a little high, if this has been well-maintained what is the average life of the engine? Thank you.

If it makes you feel any better, I have one that came from a barge on the Mississippi with 8000 hours on it. It was running when they pulled it off and parted it out.

Around 2000 hours I’d look at the timing chain and valvetrain.
