Best Lower Unit for 2001 Pro XB 250
I have a 2003 Allison Grand Sport with a 2001 Pro XB 250. What is the best performance lower unit to run with? Currently, I run it with a 26 prop.

You need a Sportmaster or a coned Torquemaster. The latter could be a bit faster, but you are at the mercy of how well the nose cone was installed.
I think I would go with 1.62 gears.
