Help identify Merc lower unit!
I currently have this lower on my ‘02 Merc 250 ProXB that I’m having trouble identifying. I’m thinking it’s a coned Torquemaster, but there are no exposed hoses or fittings. It’s got the vent/overflow on the port side, the drain/fill plug behind the prop hub, a built in torque tab, and a weep hole on the port side as well. Low water p/u with three slots. Ratio is 1.75, non-fatshaft. I really need to replace this unit with a regular Torquemaster for my application, but don’t know what I’ve got here. Thanks for any help, it’s much appreciated.

My guess is as yours. AN add on Bob's machine cone. If its a non fat shaft I suspect it is not a torquemaster.
Some boats run better with a nose cone then with a stock case.Jim
