Tavares Vintage Raceboat Regatta March 17-19, 2023
The Florida Vintage Race boat Club will be hosting the Spring Thunder regatta at Wooten Park in Tavares March 17-19. Friday will be registration and tech inspections. Saturday and Sunday heats will be run with vintage race boats from 13' Allison Outboards up to thunderous GP inboard hydros., and everything in between. Spectators are FREE to watch . Pits will be open during the lunch break for a nominal fee to get close to these boats.

weather was a PITA on Saturday but most boats got to run. Sunday started out COLD but quickly warmed up and the wind all but died. Lots of good heats on Sunday. Here are a few pics....
