1989 evinrude 200 hp 20 inch motor

My friends motor he went to a merc on his lazer ltv.
He said it ran 4 yrs ago when the project went on hold.
Has a newer ign pac and trigger but it has no spark now.Has lower compression on stbd bank no signs of overheat so i pulled the heads off and no scored pistons all cyls look good barely any ridge at top of all cyl's should be an easy rebuild all cyl's std appears the block half has never been split.Has a bob's dual hose nose coned lower unit and newer style cowlings with nice paint job has a few scratches but decent still.

1000.00 pick it up in mpls,mn or he might ship it on your dime.
