    Cool

Love it , my family had 103 acres on a major road in Va. 70 - 80 Head of Herferds as a child . we live on a canal connected to the ICW now , prime fishing just past my pool deck with ocean access ,,, but something has me thinking of 15 - 20 acres high and dry in the Ocala area . no room for the dogs to poop here

I was fixing to turn some of my crop land into pasture. Goats and sheep? And a donkey to take care of the yotes???

Chickens and ducks in the fenced back yard? I hear duck eggs are awesome!

Goats will over graze too. Hell, they will eat the bark off of the trees. Cannot have to many and you have to move them around. I was going to set out 15 acres or so in 5 acre plots. I have a well and can irrigate to I can make the grass grow.

I hear people who have cows, goats, sheep or horses don't have a ranch, they are actually grass farmers.
