Hipo flywheel/starter ring gear
As the title says, I need a good 2.5 hipo flywheel starter ring, coarse teeth for 8-tooth bendix.
Merc’s part numbers are 43-98839-2, superseded to 43-8M0051521, NLA.

I've been wondering if you could get these anywhere too. Brendan powers obviously gets them/makes them for his new flywheels. Maybe call him? If you find them for sale somewhere can you let us all know where?

I haven't looked at one in years, can you flip the gear over and run the starter on the "good" side of the teeth?
