It would be a little nicer if the road didn't run through the property, but I think it's very nice with the boathouse/garage and all that dock area.

Joe, technically that would have been a 2nd tier property with an easment along the waterfront. Looks like they built the lil guest house thing on that piece of land. still a good opportunity for someone. I prefer the Westside...it's quiet up my way, we can travel down to the action sometimes.

I like real estate that will sell in a day or two. I knew that this was a good buy and it sold for over list in short order. These just are not common in today's world. People can knock it for several reasons but like I said in the title "Good buy". There are several houses under construction and that have sold from 5M to 20M and they have it all if you can afford it.
