Once you get the prop shaft above the bottom of the boat, (lwp) you start getting your bow lift back. It really becomes dependent on prop design at that point. It also requires alot bigger prop, or more blade surface.

Someone nearby me has a Bob's nose and if it's a 1.87:1 I will have more prop options, assuming he'll sell it to me.

Post a pic of your boat and engine height setup. If it is the same as the boat I have in my signature pic then I know all about what different props do on it! Ran mine to 90mph with a carb 200 merc. Thats all the guts had, I could never stay in it cause the boat scared me. It would lean hard on the port front sponson over 75 mph...it felt like it wanted to stuff that sponson, but if I trimmed up to trim it out of it then it would porpoise.
