Unbelievably awesome, but even better would be pics of the mint powerhead! Only slight concern would be if it was stored upside down since 1975. nothing really bad i guess but you never know what makes it way into the cylinders after 45+ years.

I sold one in almost perfect shape here in ontario canada a number of years back for about $ 1200 canadian. I would expect yours to be worth a lot more although
not suitable for any race class that i know of and even that, it would need to be a short shaft. A great motor and very reliable.

I would be interested in knowing what you want for it as i am putting together a 13 ft boat that could use that size of motor, if it is a 15 inch short shaft.

The short shaft nitro gear case has 4 water intake per sides. This one has 3. Thinking strongly that it's a long shaft.
