Suburban Nav Screen problem

I have a 2016 Suburban with the factory touch screen nav system that raises and lowers. After being on a while the screen will lock up (not respond to touch) or begin to randomly scroll, sometimes stopping on a screen and refusing to respond.
Anyone have this happen? Anyone ever replaced a nav screen? I like the factory system and would hate to have to replace it because of this.

David, that looks like a good possibility. Sent them a request for some info. Thanks for this lead. Posted on the Suburban forum a couple of months ago and no responses.

Following up here, I went to Infotainment as Dave suggested. Great customer service, came back ready to install and it works great. I also purchased the wireless cell phone charger upgrade for the OEM console wireless charger. Now that works too. Got it back in a little over a week, just in time to install it and head for Tavares. BTW, I had a local sound shop do the remove and install. YouTube showed removing half the dash to do it and I am not up for that. The sound shop knew the tricks and 15min to remove, 15 min to reinstall. I expected a couple of hours each way.
