Seat Sliders
anyone got a nice aluminium section and carslike a linear mill to make your own seat sliders.
Some of those transom lifts have nice interlocking sections, just need a small version fo that.
Looking to make something simple to have a machanical adjustment when needed.
Cheers

I have a manufactured part just like this. I'll get a picture of it tomorrow when I get home.
Edit: This is the same thing. https://www.wholesalemarine.com/spri...at-seat-slide/'78 Hydrostream Viking/'98 225 ProMax

I like that design better than the type I used that has adjustment notches versus the smooth action of this one.
Let's just go ahead and make America great again!

...that garelick eez-in 75081 is the slider i was refering to, and the rod & knob that is on the side is not really any wider that the seat that you will bolt to the top of it. you can also shorten that rod/knob if you need to. the rod/knob also comes off the slide material extrusion at a slight upward angle. you can simply install the whole assembly up side down & then have the rod/knob pointing down at a slight angle. you can also install the slide assembly so the rod/knob is on either side, left or right. through-bolt the slider to the floor, or a short fabricated box, by hole-sawing a hole in the center, to reach your hand through, to through-bolt with stainless fender washers & locknuts. this goes for the seat fasteners as well. this slide is strong & will not fail...
