    1991 22-Daytona/300XS

    Can someone on here tell me where they ended up with motor height on this combination.My 21 Daytona ended up being best all around 1/4 below the bottom with the motor on the factory engine plate.It planed good and handled the best there. would rather not have to deal with using a jack plate.There is a step in the transom forward then dropping down to the center pod so the motor is another six inches away from the bullet on the sporty,this is currently where it is and it's too deep
