Is a tpi plug and play for a 300x or is a ddt required?

I thought I read they can be set with ohm meter but the setting needs looked up / Manual - and simple check.
Yes DDT is capable very capable - the view you get from that tool is excellent .
It's so much more -
Then there's the Manual - if this is your power . It's a cheap read .
Think about it - if you could call a tech for simple basic stuff at a whim - for say 5 bucks - would you ! I know I would - That's a manual - cheap on the money
Sooo to keep this short - someone will chime in and give you the setting for the simple ohm meter
You look for how the simple potentiometer does a clean sweep upwards and down in the range I believe not just find 4.7 or whatever the Manual states .they give you a slight range I believe - so if your doing it yourself - ask up further
