2L race block
I got a old school. Don't know yr. It's a no paint 2l race block , has jj stamped on it. Chest is pretty open and exhaust port looks huge for 2L , can't tell if it's been ported ,without measuring but idk what stock measurements would b anyway, its a empty block that I'm about start working on any info on this would b greatly appreciated. Thanks. Can post pics if need to

Not necessarily for race, but they were from the very first v6 production engines. The 1750. Same engine that had 2 less exhaust divider plate bolts and the 2 ram power trim that the oil ran through the lower engine mounting bolts. Originally Posted by pcrussell50

is the "fat block" that folks refer to the 2.5 block with 2L sleeves? I've heard about those but never seen one.

I had one I sold earlier this summer. It was a 2.0 F1 Bridgeport and i was told it was nic. That's all I know for sure ! Lol

don't think nic showed up till '90/'91 maybe?.. my earlier 2.4 BP's were chrome... so that might/might not come inta play........
