Fuel leak ruins NASA moon rocket launch bid

Sorry, but NASA needs to quit and leave it to Space X. This is the second time this thing has sprung a leak. Could you trust this to go to the MOON???

Another giant waste of money - sad. Even if they fix the leak , at this point they will be lucky to fly in Sept . especially if they have to take it back to the VAB. Space-X has managed 38+ launches so far this year alone - with 52 scheduled for 2022.
AND they re-use the majority of the components each flight.
Granted Hydrogen is extremely difficult to work with, these (nasa's) failure should have been addressed in one of the 2 dress rehearsals.

Or just send him out with a torch to light it off.

Got one of these layin right there, and I'd have more confidence in a successful launch if they stood the goddam thing up and rolled it out to 39B.

REAL moon rockets get their power from their OWN engines, not from 2 lesbian strap-ons. REAL moon rockets look majestic, not like a bucket a bolts and orange duct tape.

We've been fueling rockets with liquid hydrogen since the 1950's yet we seem too inept to design an umbilical connector to put gas in the son of a bitch.

I did a little research on this "project". They spent MILLIONS of dollars on time and labor, all while using the old fuel tanks, engines, and solid boosters from the OLD SPACE SHUTTLE!!!

Not sure how anyone could trust a bunch of used old space shuttle parts on a rocket for a moon trip. What a colossal waste of money. But that is our government at "work".

Need a bunch of Nazis to do it if you want a well designed rocket

Somebody should have looked up the plans for Von Braun's Nova rocket if they wanted a bigger one.
