Tempest Prop

Greetings,

I found an older style Tempest 23 pitch prop that I'm thinking about purchasing for my 175 HP Mercury Outboard. This prop is NOT a Tempest Plus it is a Tempest. It seems to be lighter and thinner than the Tempest Plus.
Looking for input on pros and cons for this prop.

What are you trying to achieve.
$300 props try them and flip them

1993 Skeeter 200SX Merc 175HP.
Looking to get more top end speed without maxing out rpm’s above 5500.
21 pitch 3 blade solas running about 5800

Have you been on the forums for the Skeeter boats on BassboatCentral? You can probably find somebody that has your exact boat and get advice there. That’s a very useful forum for bass boats
