battery density is so far behind liquid fuels its a joke, people are fooled by a car that uses very little power to roll down the the road at 55mph like 20hp so 20kwhr

The electric motor part was done 100 years ago, the battery is the issue which is why ICE took over
You can get an electric motor to power just about anything but the battery..ahhh

It takes more CO2 to make an electric car than an ICE car. The payback can be relatively quick if the car is driven a lot and the volts are not coming from coal. I know with the amount my boats get used, the CO2 payback would be never. I am super interested in electric boat speed records, and completely uninterested in actually owning an electric boat with existing battery technology. Maybe when the delirium crystals get fine tuned…
