First we were going to freeze to death, then we were going to burn to death, now we are going to drown. Take your pick on which to believe and please send your money to the famous predictors of our U.S. government so they can continue to study things just a little bit more. Hows lake mead doing? is it going to flood everyone out as well? again please make your donation now in the name of "fear to the citizens fund".

Alligators I can live without, can't believe they are protected...
I'm stuck in Naples because of my wife's health Issues, she Is getting worse so I hope to have a life in the future,
plan on a living place on the river and buy a place inland to build a large steel building to play in.
been in Florida since 85 and not leaving.
Joe got a deal at $150,000 on a canal house those are gone till the next flood
So If there is a flood I'll be shopping for a depression deal.We have invented the world; WE see

Not sure what he said as he is on ignore, but it is apparent from the replies to him that stupid still speaks.

My guess is that he is thinking he will buy a house in Astor on the cheap the next time the water is up. He has been smack talking about it for a couple years. Again its a fund raising scare tactic and people living there along with the new business players that are coming to the area are not rookies-the entire area continues to go up.

Joe like you real estate has been good to me, the house I live in was bought in 93 for $50,000, owner died in nursing home, yeah a real fixer upper and I added a addition, 2.5 acres been offered just under 700,000. and that was a investor, they would nock house down and build new.
This is a cash town Astor is not, the prices will be dropping now that interest rates have gone up, and If a hurricane passes by SALE TIME.
I was going to buy and rent out but between my wife's constant Issues and now prostate cancer for me I'm keeping it simple.
I only buy deals because I'm so poor.We have invented the world; WE see
