    Bearing or bushing

Im looking for a source to buy #12 on the schematic. Is it a bushing or a bearing? This is on a CMC PL65 jackplate. I have ordered the nylon and aluminum washers but #12 is not listed as available. TIA

Bushing is a more correct term than a spacer.
