Really good videos on a long-gone era. Those immense flying boats are really fascinating. It’s interesting how in many cases the functioning of the plane would be described in terms that oceangoing ships used rather than planes. The sizes of some of them are unbelievable. One that I find especially interesting is the Dornier DO-X from 1929, which had ten engines.
