    That's a "duck" boat as they call them in South Africa, NZ and Oz. Generally they are hopped up 50hp 2 smokes on a 200 lb hull. The design is intended to have a copilot as active counterweight who shifts their weight to where it's needed. This is what happens when you try to go solo. He'd be faster with the 2nd person. We used to run these in the low 70s 30 years ago.
