16th Annual Suwannee BBQ Party and River Ride November 3 - 6 th - 2022

Wow ! 16 years running !Time to get ready for the BBQ and Party , River Ride November 3 - 6 , 2022 . We will be having the usual big BBQ and Bonfire Friday and Saturday night , so please come by and have fun .
Covered dishes etc are welcomed and bring your favorite beverages . We will have water and a few types of soda on hand .
We will be cooking out Friday and Saturday nights .

Please do not bring your boat to the property as room will be at a premium for parking . Bring your chair for the firepit .

Local motels are listed below . We look forward to seeing everyone !!

Local hotels are as follows with the Days Inn in Chiefland with lots of boat parking and right next to BBQ Bills for breakfast . Quality Inn also in Chiefland just south of Days Inn . Then the Cadillac an old school mom and pop place with good parking just south of the bridge . Then the Park Inn right across from the Cadillac , another smaller mom and pop motel , then the Suwanee Gables just over the bridge across the river on the right on the water with a boat ramp .

Hurricane had little effect on it, currently perfect and dropping

Ol boy just started working on it

said it would be ready but I find it HIGHLY unlikely, even when it’s done gas has now been sitting in the motor for 10 months , so I’ll have to get that worked out when I get it back …… what a deal I got lol ……. Next may I’m coming back for some flint river redemption u can bet on that

Yep.

The Mrs is sick of running from storms on Lake Erie and some wheel time on the river will give me a chance to figure out how to drive it over 35 mph ��

Anyone have a set of non bow lifting wheels in the 25” - 28” range that will fit an OMC V-6 willing to let me try them at Foleys, I’ll buy your first dozen adult beverages!
