...just saw this. steering cylinders need to be bolted at the x-demension or crankshaft centerline, not where they are. so the cylinders need to be a bit shorter then also. hard to tell from this photo though...

Yes on the steering.......as the trim cycles up/ down it has to in the right plane with the pivot point.....
