Imagination and dreams become real when your efforts and finances support them. Fair warning, theres a lot of work in front of you with that one, as well as significant cost. Materials are not cheap anymore.
To build and have something meaningful to you that you can be proud of? Only you can decide what that consists of and whether its worth it or not and sometimes you have to try on a few pairs of jeans to get a good fit.Hydrostream dreamin

keep it low profile , sit down instead of big bulky walk around
most overnite successes usually take at least 10 years

Are you talking centre console, as in single or twin console in a bass boat?
But where the drivers position is now centrally located and the deck is filled in?
Or are you talking centre console, as in a fishing boat where you are able to walk around it?

If it's being built to fish, I would think the "wings" on the back would make for a slightly difficult fishing experience But as far as I can tell, CC boats are most used as party barges now. Last one I saw had paddle board racks, lol. At any rate, I'm never one to turn down a off the beaten path idea, and any way that these beautiful old hulls can be preserved is a plus in my book. Good luck on the project, it will be cool to see what your vision ends up as.

Put the fuel in the console, medium size casting deck up front short deck in back that you sit on. Might be very cool and as said a one of a kind. Keep it light and go for it.

Thanks for all the input guys. I’m thinking it’d be a center console as a walk around, not a dual console bass boat. Low center console with a seat or cooler in front of it and a low “leaning post”/ seat not a stand up cc for sure. Kinda more so a flats boat. Once I sell my jon boat I think I’m gonna go for it.
