    US CHROME doesn't accept

I was just checking things out now that boating season is about to start and I came across this over at the US CHROME website.
So basically nobody can just send their blocks over to them to be re nic'd. We have to go through a dealer now.
    I wonder why?

RETAIL ORDERS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED. PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL POWERSPORTS REPAIR CENTER

We are no longer accepting non-dealer orders. If you are not a licensed powersports dealer, your parts will not be repaired and they will be shipped back at your expense.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.
