    260 compression

I recently purchased a 260 that is apart, with looking and measuring the CC of the heads they came in at 26cc. This seems very tight to me,i am looking for 145-150 psi on 93 octane. My Promax heads i run at 34cc is that the size to run on this to be safe. Thank you

I think 26cc heads yield 180 psi. Stock heads on a 260 I believe are 34cc and yield 145-150 psi and would handle 93 octane. It’s been awhile since I’ve messed around with my 2.5s so let’s see what the others have to say.

34cc is what your after, you will burn it down running 26cc with pump gas.
