    Old Shows

From back when I was a child.

Just watched an episode of "Combat" staring Aristotelis Savalas, or Telly Savalas. What a cool guy and all around bad ass. Kojak always had a lollypop!

Next up is "Rat Patrol" and then "12 O'clock High"! I love old TV!!!

On the comedic side of Old Shows on TV, I liked the Beverly Hillbillies.

Like this second episode when they arrive at their new home in Beverly Hills.
Not like a 20th century person, taken up into an advanced Flying Saucer, and shown the new newfangled gadgets.

Oh that was one of my favorites for sure!!! Donna Douglas WAS so hot, WAS. Especially in an old Elvis movie.

Side note, looking up Donna, she was from Louisiana... Born in Pride and passed away in Zachary, LA. Who knew?

And "I Dream of Jennie", and the old main stay, "Gilligan's Island"............ "The Andy Griffith Show". The bullet in the pocket for Barney!

Such a different time and different place.

Funny to see this posted today as last night the wife and I watched the first episode of the Beverly Hillbillies. Amazingly after seeing hundreds of episodes over the years it was the first time either had seen the first episode. Classic for sure.

Who knows what the "Mare's Leg" is? Or who "Josh Randall" was?

And I thought I had seen all of them but don't remember this one... I need to get on the ball!

Candid camera, Bonanza, Dragnet, Father knows best, The Lone Ranger, Leave it to Beaver, Gunsmoke, The red Skelton show, The Dick Van Dyke show, Rawhide, Have gun Will travel, Bat Masterson, Danny Thomas show, I love Lucy, The adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, George Burns Gracie Allen Show. Lost in space, Captain kangaroo, Hobo Kelly, Dennis the Menace. Not to mention all the different cartoons.

Some of those programs I watched all the time, others not so much. I remember it was a pain to always have go to the TV to change the channel.
