Tablets
Who uses one? I loved mine, but it was dropped one too many times. I had a sim card in it so it could operate on its own or use WIFI.
It was great. I have a bore scope that plugged into it (they make a bluetooth one now) and that kicked ass! They can do all kinds of things.
Samsung Galaxy is my favorite. With the sim card, I can surf the net any where a phone will work.

$1,100... A lot more than my other one. But it was smaller and slower. Been using a phone, but it is too small.
You can put a 1 TB card in it too to get more memory capacity. Pretty cool!

My laptop died from old age. And the tablets do look cool, but the cost is hi and they are easily damaged

So are phones unless you put them in a case. I dropped my tablet so many times before it died. It was 5 years old or so... They are tougher than you think. Put a case on them.

I like my MSI GT72VR. Not new anymore but I made sure when I bought it that it was powerful enough to last me as long as my last laptop, 8 years.

I've streamlined things. I can do everything on my smart phone. I do have a new Kindle tablet, but it stays home for reading only. Keep it simple.

I have a laptop and personally can't see the use for a tablet while I have a lap top.

I have two phones, but they are too small.
And a tablet is not a lap top. I would take my tablet to bed when I couldn't sleep and watch videos, etc.
Youtube and any other searches on the internet you want it will do. With a sim card in it, you can access the internet as you can your phone... You can just SEE IT!!! LOL!

I got an iPad Air 8 years ago at work then they replaced it with an IPad Air 2 four years ago and I have never used my laptop again. I have a PC in my office at work and barely use it. Hell I watch tv on mine a lot of the time. It doesn’t have cell tower capability but I can hotspot it to my phone when I don’t have wifi.

Use my 12” iPad for cruising the internet, videos, Screamandfly, Craigslist, etc. Easier to use than my laptop for those. I use a laptop most of day. The tablet is a nice diversion.
