Not to get off topic here but then we Antoni ravioli two blocks over which was right on my corner, made fresh every damn day and they would keep in store front refrig and not freeze. Grab a box, some amazing store sauce, fresh roll of italian bread on the way home from work and cooked in mins. Didn't realize how spoiled we were until you leave I bet frank was here too

Wow, that looks great. Talking about getting hungry!!! It doesn't look like they ship though.
I have one of these I am fixing to thaw out. Luckily, I am close enough to have one day shipping! Oh, also have one stuffed with shrimp and another stuffed with crawfish!

If you are ever near Goldsboro, N.C., do yourself a favor get a plate of the best East N.C. style BBQ IN THE WORLD! If you order some make sure you get their BBQ sauce to go with it.
---> https://www.wilbersbbq.com/ <---
“Opened in 1962 by Wilber Shirley, Wilber’s is one of the most famous barbecue joints in eastern North Carolina and one of the only to still cook its barbecue over hardwood coals in open air pits.
Wilber’s has been lauded by national publications including The New York Times, Garden & Gun and Southern Living and many former presidents made it a priority stop at the restaurant on their campaign trails. Some might even consider Wilber’s the best barbecue restaurant in the state—Goldsboro resident Willis Underwood certainly does.” - Raleigh Magazine, April 2020Last edited by CDave; 09-03-2022 at 07:54 PM.

I would have to taste it to decide if it was the best. Ever in Vicksburg, Mississippi, check out Goldie's Trail BBQ!
Such a cool old place. Even has Civil War memorabilia. Even a few old guns from that era hanging on the wall.

The cheese is AWESOME!!! The hot cheese sets me on fire though.
Getting colder. Had our first frost this morning.
The Tasso ham is to add flavor to my soup. Also have some Andouille sausage coming. I have a Goya 16 bean soup mix kind of doing it my own way.
