    Sorry, I thought I made a reply?

    https://hassellcattlecompany.com/

    They call it "Redneck Wagyu".

From what I understand they take semen from a true Wagyu from Japan I think??? And fertilize Angus cows or something.

Best bang for your buck ... or what I like is the sirloin and the Denver. I really like the Denver! It is must the right size with sides.

And the beef bacon is off the hook!

Anyone cook a Tomahawk Steak??? I just ordered one for the hell of it. $80!!!

I did a search and found a reverse sear cooking method.... But I have no idea. I can cook a NY strip, T bone, etc. Rare is my game though.

    https://hassellcattlecompany.com/products/tomahawk

And I have 6 of these coming. Stuffed boneless chickens and all kinds of stuff!

was a quick salad I would whip up w a rib eye usually. Just some really fresh made mozzarella from local Italian butcher/meat store we were lucky to have in town (pollyO wouldn't cut it here) and fresh diced tomato and balsamic vinegar. Food crack, one of the few things I miss about NY, the food, pizza, all American burger, the list is long. painful to think about
